IGF-1 is a pro-anabolic GH metabolite for anyone trying to build a great physique.

Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), also known as somatomedin C, is a downstream metabolite of growth hormone.

IGF-1 is an endocrine hormone produced primarily in the liver.

Studies have shown that administration of the pro-anabolic GH derivative IGF-1 can more than compensate for the IGF-1 deficiency in active and/or calorie-reduced diets.

For example, a study from the University of California, San Francisco, found that administering IGF-1 could produce significant and relatively rapid changes in body composition in men with excess abdominal fat.

Bodybuilders and other athletes have known about these beneficial effects for decades.

Thus, IGF-1 and more recently its muscle-specific metabolite MGF-1 are among the most popular supplements for athletes competing in sports that require increased strength, maximal lean muscle mass, and minimal fat mass (Azzazy. 2005; Saugy. 2006).

Several studies have been published attempting to define the role of IGF-IEb/MGF in muscle recovery and survival.

In general, the results from these studies indicate that MGF and subsequent IGF-1 levels increase above pretraining levels during acute skeletal muscle recovery following training or injury, as noted in a 2013 report by Matheny et al.

The initial surge of IGF-IEb mRNA is thought to be translocated and then processed to form two independent peptides: mature IGF-I and the E-peptide (or part of the E-peptide), now referred to as MGF.

MGF then acts to activate quiescent satellite cells (27), which then rapidly proliferate to provide myogenic precursor cells for muscle repair.

However, although MGF itself promotes proliferation, outgrowth of progenitor cells is inhibited.

At this point, IGF-IEb/MGF levels decrease, while IGF-IEa levels increase.

Like IGF-IEb, the IGF-IEa peptide is processed to produce E-peptide along with mature IGF-I, and this increase in IGF-IEa has been demonstrated to be responsible for myoblast outgrowth, presumably through the action of mature IGF-I" (Matheny. 2013).

The new AgeForce IGF-1 + MGF patch works through the same natural pro-anabolic process that is triggered by exercise.

Therefore, it is inappropriate to assume that the use of the patch may increase the risk of developing cancer.

Moreover, reports by Lucio Tentori, Grazia Graziani, and others highlight that the often-mentioned – if present – ​​hitherto unproven increased cancer risk is simply a consequence of the high doses administered by “chemical athletes” (athletes who use a lot of chemicals). How to use:

Wash and dry the area where you will be applying the patch completely.
Peel the patch from the white backing paper and apply it to dry skin for 8 hours.
Apply the patch to the inside of your wrist or upper arm.
You can also place it on your stomach, 1-2 inches below your belly button, to the left or right of your belly button, as far away from your pelvic bone as possible.
