When exchanges and returns are possible

If you wish to exchange or return the product, please send it unopened to an overseas address.
Please be sure to post a photo of the product's condition before exchange or return delivery, along with the invoice number when returning the product. (This includes exchanges for other products.)
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer, and in case of return due to simple change of mind, an international shipping fee of 10,000 won will be charged (additional amount will be added based on weight).
