■ Membership registration guide
① Our Anabolic Korea basically operates on a membership basis.
② It is 100% free, with no membership fees, monthly fees, or annual fees charged.


■ How to order products
There are six main steps to ordering products from Anabolic Korea.
① Product Search
② Add to shopping bag
③ Member ID login or non-member order
④ Fill out the order form
⑤ Select payment method and make payment
⑥ Order success screen (order number)
⑦ If you are ordering as a non-member, please make sure to note down the order number and approval number (for card payments) in step 6.
※ However, if you are a member, it is automatically saved, so there is no need to manage it separately.

■ Order confirmation and real-time delivery tracking system
If you've placed an order with Anabolic Korea, you can check the status of your order through order/delivery confirmation. Click "Order/Delivery Confirmation" on the Members page.
If you're a member, enter your ID and password. If you ordered as a non-member, enter the email address you used when placing your order. (You must enter the exact name you used when placing your order. Entering the name of the person placing the order is required for identity verification.)
We currently use OO Express for delivery. This service allows you to track your product's location in real time through product tracking.

■ Secure payment system
We at Anabolic Korea offer two payment methods: bank transfer and credit card.
For bank transfers, you can deposit the purchase price through PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking, or directly at a nearby bank. For credit card payments, you can use OOOPG's electronic payment system, so you do not need to worry about security issues. The transaction will be recorded as OOO Co., Ltd. on your transaction history.

Banks that accept bank transfers

When making a deposit without a bankbook, the remitter's name must be the real name of the person placing the order.

■ Delivery period and delivery method
If you order via bank transfer, your order will arrive at the shipping address you provided within 2-3 days (up to 7 days) from the date of deposit. If you purchase via credit card, your order will arrive at the shipping address you provided within 2-3 days (up to 7 days). Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product you ordered.
If you allow ample time for your desired delivery date when ordering (3 days or more), we will do our best to deliver on your desired date.
Here at Anabolic Korea, we primarily use OO Express for shipping purchased products. (Delivery methods may vary depending on the product type.)

■ Order cancellation, exchange and refund
Anabolic Korea complies with all laws and regulations established to protect consumers.
You can cancel your order directly if it's pending payment. For cancellations after payment, please contact our customer service center (1:1 inquiry or chatbot).
In the case of bank transfer, if the transfer is not made within a certain period of time, the order will be automatically cancelled. If the buyer wishes, the order can be cancelled immediately online. If the transfer has been made, a refund will be issued.
If you paid by card, we will cancel the authorization if possible. However, if cancellation is not possible, we will remit the full amount.
When returning an item, please include your order number and membership number to expedite processing.
If the product you received is not what you wanted, please return it to the address below within 20 days of receiving it, along with a note detailing your order number, membership number, name, and reason for return. The product price will be credited to your membership number, which you can use for future orders. (You are responsible for return shipping costs.)
